Copyright and takedown

What this covers

Most of what you see here is made by Game Foundry AI. The things other people can put in front of other players are player names, multiplayer room names and the player names inside a listed room. Feedback and game ideas go to a private inbox and are not published. This page covers all of these, and the games and assets we publish.

Sending a copyright notice

Email privacy@gamefoundry.ai with the subject “Copyright notice” and include:

  1. your name, postal address, email address and phone number;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
  3. the exact page address (URL) where the material is, and a description of it, so we can find it;
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner;
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

A notice that leaves these out may not be actionable. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages.

What we do

When we receive a complete notice we will review it, remove or disable access to the material where appropriate, and tell the person who supplied the material, where we can identify them, how to respond. We may end the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, email privacy@gamefoundry.ai with the subject “Counter-notice”, the address of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification, your name, address and phone number, and your signature. We will pass it to the person who sent the notice.

Other content problems

To report an abusive name or room, a trademark or other rights concern, or anything else that should not be there, use /report.html or email privacy@gamefoundry.ai.
